STEP 3: Download Your Technology and set up your apps

This is going to take 5-10 minutes to do and please follow the steps.

To book into sessions you will need to activate your mind body password.

There are a few steps to follow here.

If you do not have a smart phone or its unable to download the app below: Go to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/home?studioid=231927 log in using email and password you used to create your account initially.


Apps to Download 

You will be able to book into sessions using the Own it Fit app. please log in using the email and password you used in the step above.


1. Own it Fit (for accountability, booking sessions-booking is mandatory, you can book and cancel 7 days ahead except initial session when you will only be able to book the first session) 

For Android Users

Then follow the steps for booking.


2. FitClients – for tracking your progress and results Trainer ID is 2613.

Click the link below to complete your Fit Clients account registration. This will allow you to log in and update your account status and goals.

You can also download this as an app if you have an iphone. App name is fitclients and trainer id when prompted is 2613


Click create an account. 

You need to complete the step above before doing the below.

Non-iPhone Users

If you DO NOT have an iPhone – after you register http://ownitfit.fitclients.com/Register, you will need to visit one of the links below to login for your facility’s Fitclients Account:

3. My Fitness Pal- for tracking your nutrition, available on app stores online

Start recording your food in My Fitness Pal NOW – Go to http://myfitnesspal.com You will write down EVERYTHING you eat BEFORE YOU EAT IT. This is mandatory.

There are FREE iPhone / smartphone apps for my fitness pal.
YOU do not need to track or log your activity. It is useful however to note your mood and emotion before/after each meal.


How to share my fitness pal with the nutritionist:

You can try sending your link & password from MyFitnessPal online (not the app), as follows:

1. THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE FROM A PC OR MACBOOK THE FIRST TIME:Go to ‘Settings’ in the top right (on MyFitnessPal website on the computer).

2. Click ‘Diary Settings”
3. Scroll right down to ‘Diary Sharing’ and click ‘Locked with a key’ and enter a password.

4. Click ‘Save Changes’
5. Copy the link under ‘Your diary can be viewed at:’ and email to fooddiary@ownitfit.com.au , with your password/key! Resend every second day to receive feedback.
