Body Transformation Challenge Guide

Common mistakes:Thinking you can get away with only following the guidelines “most of the time”.Thinking you only need to follow “most of the guidelines”.Thinking I won’t know if you follow the guidelines or not.Let me make this simple and clear.  Follow the guidelines and you’ll see results.  Don’t and you won’t.

Turning in your food diary regularly is the key to your success. You cannot “out train” a bad diet. Eating the way you have has gotten you the body you have now. If you want to change you body you *MUST* change the way you eat – there is no way around it.

The beauty of this program is that it not only delivers rapid results, but can easily be transitioned into an eating plan that will keep you lean, healthy and happy for you entire life.

Bottom Line: Turn in your food DIARY if you want results. Keep doing what you are doing if you want to stay the same.

Until your consultation- you will be eating 120g of protein per day and under 50g of carbs.


Personal Consultation and Strategy Session:
At the end of the third and into the fourth week of the program, we will be scheduling consultations with you to tailor your program for you.  Each consult will be maximum 30-45 minutes in duration and we will cover off your nutrition program, goals, objectives and overall how to be successful in your  program.  We will also establish some short and medium goals and what is required for you to establish a sustainable habit and lifestyle ongoing.. A booking link will be distributed in due course.

Things To Do NOW:
  1. Start recording your food in My Fitness Pal NOW – Go to http://myfitnesspal.com You will write down EVERYTHING you eat BEFORE YOU EAT IT. This is mandatory.There are FREE iPhone / smartphone apps for my fitness pal. Check out the Facebook group for how to share the diary with us. ADDITIONALLY- write down your MOOD as you are eating the food.
  2. Set up your fit clients account (how to is below)
  3. Add before pictures to fit clients account
  4. Join the Facebook support group here-  https://www.facebook.com/groups/1141761139169208/

Weekly mindset and coaching call:
On a weekly basis to assist you achieving your goals call Brian on 0418543827.  We will address many items from nutrition, to struggles that you face, to mindset.  Should we miss your call we will return the call the same day before 5pm so we can help you best.This is one of the secret weapons of our program’s success.  I cannot stress enough how important these are, and what a POWERFUL tool they will become for you. You can feel free to go over ANY aspect of the program to ensure your success.
